THE ARGENTINA FLAG 2002 The Argentina Flag , is a community art action consisting of tissue and celestial white cloths which together will form a flag Argentina . As a result there will be a photographic record of all participants and a huge banner of collective elaboration that , after being exposed along with photos , will be packed in blankets that will be donated to institutions for children and the elderly Alejandra Mettler.
